From PHP Developer to B2B Sales Expert

My B2B career in the technology sector began in 2003, initially as a programmer and product manager, eventually transitioning into the realm of b2b sales.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to international sales of software and financial services, with significant roles in renowned companies like Avira, a global security solutions provider, PayU (formerly ePayment) – a leading payment service provider, and Avangate/2Checkout/Verifone, known for their global payment and subscription management solutions.

These varied experiences have been instrumental in shaping my expertise and have led me to my current focus: running my own company, providing startups and scale-up with a unique Sales Optimization Platform, Sales Strategy consultancy, Sales Infrastructure and Operations setup, all under the name “B2B Sales Process Optimization” Program.

Serving as the Global VP of Sales at Avangate, I spearheaded the development of an international sales team, appointing regional managers in key markets across Asia, North America, and Western Europe.

The only way to do is to continuously learn by all means: reading, courses, YouTube, online platforms, mentors and coaches.

Growth Mindset

Sales professionals are hired to grow the business. If you do not have a growth mindset, it is impossible to be a great sales professional and succeed in a sales job.
